Welcome to NBS Braiding (Nath Beauty Salon). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Rescheduling is subject to stylist availability.
3. Payments
We accept cash, mobile payments, and card payments (where applicable).
Prices listed on our site may vary depending on hair length, thickness, or special requests.
Final payment is due immediately after service is completed.
4. Salon Policies
Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and free of product buildup.
Children must be supervised at all times in the salon.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are not safe, hygienic, or respectful.
5. Refunds & Complaints
Due to the nature of hairstyling services, refunds are not offered.
If you are unhappy with your style, please notify us before leaving the salon so adjustments can be made.
Once you leave, NBS Braiding is not responsible for issues caused by lack of maintenance or improper aftercare.
6. Liability
NBS Braiding is not responsible for hair damage caused by prior chemical treatments, neglect, or undisclosed conditions.
Clients must inform stylists of any scalp sensitivities, allergies, or medical concerns prior to service.
7. Use of Images
With your consent, we may take photos of your hairstyle for use on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your stylist before your appointment.
8. Changes to Terms
NBS Braiding reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
